Geothermal Well Drilling
We did our first vertical, closed-loop geothermal job in the late '80s. It was a 54-ton system for an office building - a pretty important job to start on. As you can guess, it didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped it would; even so, we kept with it. We have learned a lot since then. We have done many office buildings, banks, and residential homes. We recently did an 80-unit apartment complex that needed 160 vertical loops.
We have some of the most state-of-the-art drilling rigs and grouting equipment to get the job done fast and, more importantly, done right, getting the loop to the total depth we needed and grouted from the bottom up.
We are IGSHPA-certified loop installers, meaning we can drill, set the loop, fuse the header, and pipe it into the building, meaning you won't need two different companies to do the job.

You might be asking
Why should I consider having geothermal installed?
01
Energy Efficient
Geothermal systems use the earth's free, renewable energy to heat and cool your home, and can save you up to 70% on your energy bills compared to conventional heating and cooling
02
Durable
Geothermal systems have fewer moving parts than traditional systems, making them less prone to wear and tear and able to last up to 25 years or more. This means you'll spend less on repairs and replacements over time.
03
Green Clean Heating and Cooling
Geothermal systems use the sun's energy, a clean, renewable resource, and don't emit CO2 into the atmosphere. They also produce lower greenhouse gas emissions than fossil fuels.
04
Improve Air Quality
Geothermal systems can help to not only filter out contaminants and allergens in your air, but they can also help to regulate and control humidity, leading to easier and cleaner breathing in your home
